Major anthocyanins contained in the Black Carrot are Cyanidin 3-xylosyl(glucosyl)galactosides acylated with sinapic acid, ferulic acid, and coumaric acid.

Suggested Use: 50 to 100 mg, 1 to 3 times daily. 100 mg yields 25 mg anthocyanins.
