3,4 Diindolylmethane, DIM

Originally found in cruciferous vegetables such as brocoli, kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, collard greens, etc.

One 200mg serving of DIM equals the same amount found in 10lbs. of broccoli!

Known to promote estrogen metabolism in both males and females by reducing the levels of 16-hydroxy estrogen metabolites and increasing the formation of 2-hydroxy estrogen metabolites.

Also being studied for its effects on cancer cell apoptosis(programmed cell death).

Typical use is 100-200mg taken 3x per day.
