Thins the blood and increases blood circulation. An ester C as ascorbyl-palmitate (e.g. 500 to 1,000 mg) increases this effect.

Suggested Use: 1 to 2 x 250 mg/d.

Tip: To boost Glutathione more it is recommended a combination with Ascorbyl-Palmitate (500 to 1,000 mg) and Bilberry/Blueberry (100 to 200 mg). 

Also, avoid pork and products for a while, this is the best recommendation, because Pork meat contains a high concentration of a fatty acid, called arachidonic acid, that causes general inflammations. Autoimmune diseases and autoimmune reactions could get worse.

Pork and pork fat contains the highest content of this fatty acid. The human body needs 0,1 mg daily, pork contains 4.000 mg. An alternative can be chicken and turkey, beef or lamb, the content of them is much lower than in pork.

Fish with a high content of omega-3 such as salmon, tuna, any white fish is highly recommended. Omega-3 “blocks” a high consumption of arachidonic acid.

In a cup pure water mix 3 tsp. pineapple juice powder, 1 pinch ginger extract and ¼ tsp. FOS powder.

Caution: Not to be used during pregnancy. If you take any kind of blood thinner such as Wafarin, Nattokinase or Serrapeptase avoid ginger extract.
